The new Woodley's Honda Showroom fronting Marius St, opposite the headquarters Woodley's Motors is a masterpiece of modern technology and a credit to this thriving Tamworth based automotive organisation.
Woodley's Motors was founded in 1922 by Harry Woodley, who passed the organisation onto his son Neville Woodley, and then in turn to his son Warren Woodley.
Current dealer principal Mark Woodley, the fourth generation of the Woodley family to be involved in the automotive industry in Tamworth, said Woodleys Motors was honoured to have been associated with the Honda organisation for the past 30 years.
"Honda is one of the few car manufacturers left in the world today that is completely independently owned and is very proud of this fact," Mr Woodley said.
"They pride themselves on their quality engineering and being leaders in the field of technology, performance and safety."
The new state-of-the-art Honda showroom has an abundance of natural lighting let in by attractive glass-panelled walls, with a modern waiting room, comfortable lounge and video facilities.
The showroom has something no other dealership in the region would have - a safe children's playground, where mums and dads can inspect the vehicle of their choice, knowing their youngster is perfectly safe.
Mr Woodley said Woodley's Honda sales manager Adam Bailey played a big hand in its development, as the showroom evolved from early sketches drawn by him.
