Woodley's Motors, now in its 75th year, has a management team of four directors: The directors are Warren Woodley, Lorraine Woodley, and their son Mark Woodley.

Warren Woodley is the business principal.

Mark Woodley is the spare parts manager. Mark completed a panel beating trade course within the business before starting out in Woodley's Motors' spare parts department, of which he is now the manager. He also lends a hand in sales and various other duties when required.
