I write to commend your team for outstanding service displayed to my family on an "unplanned" visit to the dealership.
On a recent trip to Tamworth to visit a terminally ill family member, it was apparent my VW Bora Sport was making far more noise than the manufacturer intended whilst it also protested all requests for acceleration.
After explaining the performance of the car, and our need to return home to Sydney in a few hours, Jay Albertson did a remarkable job in meeting our high (and probably unrealistic) expectations. In less than one hour Jay called and advised that the problem had been diagnosed and the cost to fix it. In a further 45 mins Jay followed up with another call and news that the car was ready for collection.
Remarkable service!
I must say, this kind of service would be a lesson for larger, high profile metropolitan dealers.
