Woodley's Motors has long been established in the New England and North West rural area of NSW since 1919.

Dealer principal Mark Woodley is the fourth generation of the Woodley family in the 'Woodley's Motors business and motor vehicle industry.
Woodley's Motors' first and original New Vehicle Franchise was Volvo in 1969. Woodley's built their name on the Volvo franchise for over 35 years and are still very proud of this history.
 
Four of Woodley's Motors other franchise appointments were launched in this area as they were established in Australia: Honda in 1971, Hyundai in 1988 and Chrysler in 1994. (Mazda was added in 1984 and Volkswagen in 2004).
 
Woodley's moved to their current site on Marius St. (New England Hwy) Tamworth in the early '90s and have continually developed and invested through purchasing additional land and showroom constructions. (Now known as the Mega-Yard!)
 
Sales Dept: Woodley's now have two corner sites, located on both sides of Marius St (directly opposite each other). Woodley's Motors pride themselves on their reputable customer service and unbeatable deals! They do everything possible to keep customers buying locally in the area, while giving them exceptional customer service.
 
Service Dept: The Service Department is the backbone of the dealership that encourages repeat customer purchases. Woodley's have loyal and caring service staff with years of experience. Woodley's have kept all their original Volvo technicians (two of whom are Factory Master Trained) to look after Volvo servicing and repairs. The goal of the Service Department is to:
A. Exceed customers expectations; and
B.   Be the leaders in the area, when it comes to servicing and  repairing our franchised vehicles. (Not just every make and model, but specialising in our own franchises).
 
Marketing: We estimate that Woodley's marketing spend is the largest of any motor dealer in the area and sell more vehicles to retail customers than any other dealership. We predominantly carry out our marketing in two ways: 1. Promoting the dealership and name as a whole; 2. Promoting each of our products/franchises individually.
 
Multi Franchising: Woodley's believe that each of our franchises is unique and should be treated individually. Not only is this the best way to run every franchise, but it is what customers expect when buying exclusive motor vehicles.
 
Volvo: After a brief two year period, Volvo is back in Tamworth. To say that Woodley's is pleased to have the Volvo franchise back is an understatement. After having the franchise for 35 years previously, it feels like we have a member of the family returning! We do however know that emotion is not enough, and that customer satisfaction must follow. We at Woodley's know what Volvo customers want, and always endeavour to deliver. There is no other dealership in this area that has the staff knowledge and passion for the Volvo product like us.
